We want to understand your child — age, temperament, readiness, needs. Placement is guided by age, readiness, and developmental fit, confirmed in conversation with our team.
Contact us. Ask questions. Tell us about your family and what you’re looking for. We’re here to answer — not to sell, but to help you understand what Color Beams is and whether it fits your child.
Your child is invited to join a regular class. A real day. Real children. Real teachers. Real learning.
Your child will:
An adult is welcome to stay. Please bring indoor shoes.
What to expect: When you arrive, someone will greet you warmly. Your child might jump in or take time to observe — both are fine. There’s no pressure. An adult can sit and join in to help your child feel comfortable. By the end of the class, you’ll have a feel for whether Color Beams is right for your family.
We walk you through the practical details together.
We’ll discuss: Calendar. Schedules. What to bring. Holidays. Health guidelines. Tuition. The small things that help families settle in.
We’re building a partnership with you and your family.
Once you’re ready, your child begins. Welcome to the Color Beams community.
This is exactly what Color Beams is designed for. An adult can stay during the first visit. We move slowly. We don’t rush. Your child sets the pace. Many shy children find Color Beams to be the safe place they needed.
Tuition is discussed during the enrollment conversation, based on your child’s age and schedule. We work with families to find options that fit.
We break each concept down into the smallest piece a child can hold, then help build it back up — through the senses, the hands, the voice, and friends. A letter is a sound, a movement, a picture, a shape, a story. A number is a beat, a count, a touch, a trace. Understanding comes from meeting each idea from many angles. This depth is built into our environment, our curriculum, and our practice. We call it BEAMS — five words that name how a child grows here: believe, engage, awaken, magnify, shine together.
Children who complete Color Beams arrive at their next school as thinkers and doers, trusting their own minds. They’ve spent years approaching every concept from multiple angles, so when they meet new material, they already know how to take it apart and put it back together. Just as importantly, they know themselves — how to ask for help, how to handle being stuck, how to disagree with a friend without losing the friendship. Children who feel emotionally settled learn faster, recover faster, and love school more. That love is the foundation everything else is built on.
Yes. Instruction is in English. Children of all language backgrounds are welcome. Many families are multilingual. We support your child’s language journey.
We offer morning classes (3 hours), afternoon classes (2 hours), extended day (8:30 am–3:00 pm, 3 days/week), and full day (8:30 am–3:00 pm, every weekday). We work with families to find what works.
Through daily observation and parent reports. We notice how your child engages with materials and approaches learning, and share regular updates on growth in thinking, skills, and confidence. We also notice how your child is growing as a person — handling new situations, connecting with friends, recovering from setbacks — and have ongoing conversations about their development.
We welcome conversations about your child’s specific needs. Our intentional spaces and individualized approach allow us to support some learning differences. We’re honest about our capacity, so we ask for a conversation first to ensure Color Beams is the right fit and that we can provide the support your child needs.
We’ve completed our DepEd inspection, and our permit is now in process.
Some things are best experienced in person.
Families are welcome to visit and explore the spaces, and experience how learning unfolds at Color Beams.
